The Villa has three levels in the main house-
Pool Level (ground floor) :
The outdoor barbeque, dining, lunch area and bar overlooking Megali Ammos beach is situated on this level. Just behind the barbeque area, also ocean facing, is a family suite which is separated from the main house and has it’s own private entrance. This charming little suite sleeps 4 guests and shares a bath. Towards the right of the family suite is the swimming pool, surrounded by a Mykonian stone wall and local plants.
At the end of the pool sits a typical Mykonian Pigeon house which was converted into a guest house. It has two levels and sleeps 2 to 3 guest with a small kitchen and bathroom.
Entrance Level :
As you drive through the gates into the villa, on your right sits a beautiful cactus garden with a rock center piece. The gardens of the villa are surrounded by olive trees, pine trees, eucalyptus trees, bougainvillea and geranium bushes. Nestled in this garden among the lush green trees, is the Venus Pergola, where guests can enjoy a soothing massage in the calmness of the surroundings. There is also an open space close by that is being converted to a wellness/yoga area.
Slightly to the left of the entrance is the Villa is the laundry room, car park and straight
ahead is the view of the ocean.
As you enter the villa to the left, you will find the open plan kitchen with state of the art Miele kitchen equipment, hand crafted plates and dining room. The living room and conservatory room is to your right. The view from the kitchen through the living room and conservatory is breathtaking.
You will also find two other bedrooms here. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is also a separate guest bathroom for the living and dining rooms.
Here you will find the master bedroom which takes up the entire floor. It also has an en- suite bathroom. This room has a private balcony and spectacular, unobstructed views of the sea from west to east, as well as Mykonos town.
Legal and Facts
• The villa was built about 28 years ago. The built-in area of the house is approximately 239 square meters and sits on a plot of 2000sq of land. Villa Hurmuses as always been fully registered with the Hellenic Tourism Organisation, which proves Greek legality of all buildings, structures, and it’s compliance to the environment, as well as the permit to rent or sell the property.
• The Villa has a very healthy rental income from the beginning of May through to end of October. This has well been established since inception in 2002. Full details can be provided.
• The Villa has two trusted and very capable full time staff that have agreed to work under new ownership.
